To help us deliver high standards of tuition, and to ensure the safety of both student and instructor, please advise us of all conditions that may affect the students’ ability to swim. These may include asthma, epilepsy, impaired learning, arthritis, stroke, diabetes etc.

The Swim Clinic Policies

  1. If you are not completely satisfied with progress by your third lesson, please discuss with your instructor to arrange 2 additional lessons at no extra charge!
  2. Please advise your instructor of any medical condition that could affect a swimmer’s mental or physical behavior.
  3. Children are to be fully toilet trained before commencing lessons at The Swim Clinic.
  4. The Swim Clinic reserves the right to substitute instructors as and when the need arises.
  5. For best results, we recommend that swimmers wear goggles, swim caps (for long hair) and swimming costumes, (no bikinis or board shorts).
  6. Any personal information provided will be treated as confidential and will be used only by The Swim Clinic Ltd for administration, lesson planning and marketing purposes.
  7. The Swim Clinic Ltd reserves the right to cancel any lesson, or block of lessons at their own discretion. (e.g. swimmer and or instructor safety, power failure, etc). Refunds will be honoured as appropriate.
  8. To confirm bookings, fees must be paid in full prior to or at the commencement of the first lesson. Payments can be made by internet banking, cash or cheque – cheques to be made out to The Swim Clinic Ltd.
  9. Cancellations or lesson transfers can be made by telephone up to 24hours in advance. If no notice is provided, the lesson will be forfeited with no refund entitlement.
  10. An administration fee of $5 will be charged on all refunds.
